I listen to your audio tapes every morning before I do my workouts (strength, and skills long version). Been applying this to my work and eating habits as well. I feel its working as I approach it on a daily basis and not get too ahead of myself. Currently, reading Upgrade Your Breath. Your principles of strength training are right on the money and as a 66 year old "Old Phart", avoiding muscle wasting and maintaining my hormone levels are one of my primary concerns.
